Faculty Lecture
Dr. Amy McElhinney is this year’s Faculty Lecture speaker, which will be held on Wednesday, 2月ruary 12 at 7 p.m. in Presser Recital Hall. Dr. McElhinney is the Charles S. Gallaher, M.D. Endowed Chair in Biology at the University of Mount Union. She is an associate professor of biological & environmental sciences and the Huston-Brumbaugh Sustainability Coordinator. McElhinney has been a fellow of the National Science Foundation ADVANCE ASCEND program since 2019 and was selected as a participant in the 2024 PKAL STEM 领导 Institute. She received Mount Union’s 2023 Jane Weston Chapman Award and has been a member of the Mount Union faculty since 2011.
